This package includes:

~ Complementary virtual consultation 

~ Unlimited text and email prenatal support

~ 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks through birth

~ Up to two virtual prenatal visits which include: clarifying birth goals, partner support and practicing comfort measures/coping techniques

~ Optional attendance at one OB or midwife appointment *

~ One private virtual childbirth education session or birth refresher class that includes assistance with creating your birth preferences/plan

~ Processing previous births (if applicable)

~ One 60-minute prenatal relaxation and bodywork session with essential oils, reflexology and emotional release, to take place in my home *

~ One guided birth meditation relaxation session for you and your partner at our final virtual prenatal session

~ Side-by-side support through labor and birth *

~ Two hours of immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support post-birth *

~ One postpartum visit to process your birth, assist with breastfeeding, answer any questions and connect you to any necessary resources

~ Four hours of in-home postpartum doula support that includes guidance, affirmation, healing remedies, care for baby while you shower or nap and help with household duties such as dishes, laundry and light meal preparation *

~ Private virtual 90-minute infant massage class during which you will learn the basic strokes and techniques to soothe a fussy baby and enhance bonding

~ Comprehensive coordination of entire prenatal and postpartum team

~ Placenta encapsulation

~ 6 postpartum meals
